My Role At Twitter
I led design for two roadmaps on the Notifications team around customer problem areas:
Guiding new customers around navigating Twitter and helping them make Twitter their own
Presenting moments to connect new and logged out customers with content they care about during key consideration moments
I was also previously on the Growth team (Acquisition and Activation) and led design for emails and onboarding new creators.

WhatsApp Verification & Vision
I led design and strategy on providing customers more flexibility when verifying their identity on Twitter during account creation, and presented a vision on the possibilities of further partnership between Twitter and WhatsApp and the customer problems it could solve.

Web Notifications
I led design and strategy on web-based notifications designed to help desktop and web mobile customers stay connected to the content they care about. This was a new initiative that earned Twitter a new source of mDAU.
