My Role At Fooda
Fooda is a workplace benefit program that connects employees with lunch options at a subsidized cost. I led design and research for the consumer-facing area of the business.

Order History
During my time at Fooda, we gave customers the ability to view their orders and receipts. I led design and research from conception to execution alongside a team of engineers, a product manager and a data scientist.
The Problem
Customers needed a way to be able to view their previous transactions, obtain receipts for expensing, and keep track of rewards points earned per purchase.
The Solution
We gave customers the ability to view their order history, export receipts to their email, and learn about our rewards program.
Success Indicators
Reduce customer support tickets related to questions around reward points earned
Reduce customer support tickets related to issuing receipts for past purchases
Create the infrastructure and foundations for future features to be built
The Results
The launch of order history reduced customer support tickets related to questions around rewards points and how the program worked. The larger unlock for shipping order history would allow future features to be built such as being able to rate your order and provide feedback to restaurants.
